With her Coaching and Mentoring Masters Certification, her 17 years of experience working in B2B environments and at senior level within corporates, this has enabled her to relate very easily to challenging situations. When identified, she is quick to get the conversation flowing dynamically and deploy methods to create the journey of positive improvement regarding individuals’ and teams’ performance relationship with themselves, and with each other.
Kathryn has a love for bringing a positive impact to people’s lives and providing the essential tools to make it happen. This naturally attracted her to Pineapple as she wants to channel her experience with us, to create more positive interactions. She has been providing valuable insight into her experience for Pineapple to develop and refine their own journey and to their ecosystem.
Claire has always been passionate about Customer Services and after 15 years in account management and sales roles she moved to head up a Customer Services department. As part of this role Claire introduced customer engagement projects and reviewed and streamlined all customer communication within the organisation as part of a customer journey map; resulting in improvements in customer satisfaction scores of 36% and attrition rates of less than 8%.
Most recently Claire has developed and delivered bespoke training courses for organisations wanting to deliver a superior customer experience within the private hospital, software house, online education and leisure sectors. Clients include; The Royal Berkshire Independent Hospital, The FA and Pamoja Education.

With 14 years industry experience having spent most of his time in and around the testing field, Mat has worked hands on in the field, worked on next gen mobile technologies years before they came to market, and advised at C level on technology deliveries. Mat’s passions are firmly in technology and business, and this was the driver for setting up Tocalabs Ltd. He is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
